By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
401 Clicks provides a cloud-based error log management platform that enables developers and teams to:
- Collect and centralize error logs from applications and servers
- View real-time log streams via Live Tail functionality
- Search, filter, and analyze log data
- Configure alerts and notifications for error conditions
- Share log views with team members and stakeholders
3. Account Terms
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches related to the Service
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

You retain all rights to the log data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to submit log data to the Service
- Removing sensitive information (passwords, API keys, PII) before sending logs
- Complying with applicable data protection laws regarding the data you collect
- Maintaining your own backups of critical data
Log data is retained according to your plan's retention period. After this period, logs may be automatically deleted.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
- Downgrading your plan may cause loss of features or data
Free tier accounts are provided at our discretion and may be subject to usage limits.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 401 Clicks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 401 Clicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or third parties
- May expose us to legal liability
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
